初心者のクラスではリアルなコミュニケーションをはじめることができます。上級者のクラスでは、様々な言葉を使いながら多くの話題について話し合い、リサーチし、プレゼンテーションをする機会を手に入れることが出来ます。生徒は人にインタビューする技術を身につけ、ノートをとること・まとめること・結果を出すことについて学びます。画像やチャートを用いた演習によりコミュニケーションを効果的に行う技術を身につけることが出来ます。

Learner-Centred Approach...
授業の多くの時間は生徒が他の生徒と話していることが多いため、教員が話す時間はとてもわずかなものとなります。したがって、教員は生徒のことを一人一人見る時間をつくることができます。これは大人数クラスでも同様です。
